Default Looking for a Scouting/Deer Camera

Well, pulled the trigger on the first one. Got the Moultrie off eBay for $90 delivered. I think out here I might need at least one more cause they are soooo spread out. Also, I can't haul a feeder out into the desert, so I think I'll take some of the deer jam out there and see what's hanging out. I also got a 256Mb SD card for it...that way I can take my digital camera out there and view the photos...

I'll report back what I come up with....thanks again for all the info. As usual, you guys have been very helpful.

Webopper, do you have a small portable tv (7" or smaller)? I take my small 6" color tv to view mine in the field...it works great. You can view the movies and pics.

You guys are killin me...man, who would of though 10 years ago that we would be packing our laptops and portable tv's out into the field to scout...LMAO...ain't technology wonderful.

I actually have a miniDV camera that I will take out with me...it has all the audio/video jacks and I can plug the SD card right into it for viewing. Won't be able to save to it though...might need a spare one of those...looks like I'm back on eBay.

Okay, camera came in today and I think I got it figured out pretty well. Took some test pics in the back yard and they look pretty good. Posted one on my pic page and gave props out to okiedude and the rest of ya, hope that's okay...

Now, out to the desert to get her mounted up...
