Heres my 10 pointer
These pics were taken last year. The front points were big enough to hang a ring on them so we counted him as a 10 pointer. He weighed in at 201LBS dressed. We enter a local big buck contest ever year and lost to a 215 On my buck we cleaned out everything, but the winning buck wasn`t gutted very well at all. If I done mine like the winning one I`m sure mine would have toped 225LBS easily.
These pictures were taken at my camp 45 minutes South West of North Bay Ontario Canada.
Enjoy Thanks for taking the time to have a look Randy.

That pic was taken in the San Juan National Forest in GMU 74 about half way between Durango and Silverton.
To fully appreciate that photo you have to understand the rest of the story. I took that photo right after I set up camp. My partner had gone into Silverton to get our ATV permits while I set up camp.
About an hour after I took the photo he returned and we headed into the mountains to glass a ridge I had located on the map. We drove the ATVs about 5 miles into the mountains and parked at a trail head. I started across the creek with the intent to go up and over a ridge. Before I could cross the creek I lost footing and fall. When I fell I broke my knee cap and ended up in the ER at Durango and then headed home the next day to see an Orthopedic Surgeon.
That was the shortest archery elk hunt I every experienced.
Here I am post broken knee pic waiting on the next day to head back home.

I was out there hunting from Sept9-Sept 18th...sounds like real close to where you were. We hunted the Sig creek area....and I spent most of my time up East Cross Creek.
