I went out to change sd cards on cameras and on one of them sd card was gone.... So I ordered the lock boxes,Python cable,etc, Think I will put the one camera in same spot but locked down and THEN hide another camera (locked too) looking at the camera they stole sd card. What you all think? I know they couldve stole the camera too ,who knows might next time,, BUT it will be after a whole lot of effort. Hopefully the hidden camera will see them. Matter of fact going to hide & lock up 3 more cameras on different trails. I have no Tresspassing signs all over our property but I guess u can not win with some lowlifes. Always something to get my stress up.... Perry

 

Hope you can find out who's been stealing. I hate thieves. But, unless someone gets caught on camera stealing another one you probably wouldn't have much of a case to get him arrested other than trespassing.

 

I like your camera set up idea! You should make sure to put the decoy camera at eye level and the evidence camera up high out of reach just in case the perpetrator decides to look for it.

 

Cameras that e-mail or text message your photos have came way down in price. It would be great to catch a thief in the act while he's committing the crime!!!
