I won't be much help here. I'm not familiar with the baja at all. From what I've seen it looks like it's a 2004 or 2005. Think they changed body style in '06. But, I'm guessing.

I know that Pep Boys down here used to carry the Baja brand. They may still do, just haven't been in one for a while.

If there's a Pep Boys by you, you may see what they have. But I don't know if I'd trust their expertise on repairing them. Maybe they have manuals.

do you have any idea where i would look for numbers on the motor?

Not sure where'd they would be on that brand. You can look near the base of the cylinder, but I won't make any promises that's where it's at.

look around the shifter area...towards the front of the engine cases....

can anyone tell me where to get a sprocket nut? im guessing its reverse threads maybe.............
btw- the number was on the top side of the back of the motor in plain view.
