Welcome!

As mentioned, I would update the transmission, just to play it safe. I don't know if you have considered changing your pipe, but the Yoshimura and Curtis Sparks work better for you Raptor, more flow. As for tires, I hope you have something big that is 6 ply, you wouldn't want a flat. You will definitely be needing nerf bars, and engine skid plates. Elka shocks are great, if you have the money! I would suggest getting a longer axle, Raptors are known for their tippyness. K&N intake if you don't have one already... Hmm? What else?

Steering dampers help a lot. Buy a Precision if you can afford it, otherwise all the stick style are pretty similar and work well for the $$. Definitely go with 6 ply tires. xc is hard on tires and rims, but stock yamaha rims actually hold up well. As for suspension, I would probably go with some +1 a arms and YFZ front shocks, then send the rear out to be revalved/rebuilt. This is a cost effective way to get a decent race setup that won't beat you up. Actually, you may want to try a race or two before sinking a ton of money into the 660. I have ridden a few, and there is a reason you won't see many being raced... Other than that, go have some fun!
