Default easy help

Hello I have a 02 400 ex just bought it 300 bucks did a valve adjustment and now it runs perfect except for it does not idle , only when the choke is all the way on if i move the choke off even a little it kills it and if i keep it reved with choke off it will stay running so wich screw will adjust the idle. any help is good thanks

Usually when it only runs, idles on choke it means that the pilot jet is clogged. If I were you I would take the carb. apart and clean or rebuild it. Make sure to clean all the passages also. Can't remember where the idle screw is been a while since I had a 400ex.
