Nice place you got here

I was looking around for a manual online when I came across your forum. I ended up reading through some of the threads, and was impressed with the community. I'm a loaner rider, riding my friend's Honda and Polaris while I'm up working on his cabin in northern Arizona.
Anyway, I couldn't get the Honda (05 Rancher 350) started this trip. I'm off to the Honda shop to see about a manual, parts, and advice.
This last weekend up there was phenominal. It rained on and off, but it kept it cool and riding in the rain is almost as much fun as riding dry. We all ended up soaked and happy. Plus, I made a friend with the sheriff, who berated me for the unlicensed Polaris- oops. First time I'd ridden this one, and the other one has a license plate and all... Luckily all the sheriff gave me was an education. Lesson learned- ride the one with a plate on it down to the hardware store when your axe breaks and you need a new one.
The good news? It's only going to be a hundred and four here today! Better break out a jacket!
So, nice place you got here. I'm glad I stumbled across it. I'll share more when I go ride again, maybe start looking for a quad I can have for my own.

Thanks, Dodge57hemi! Nice pic. Hey, is that you behind the minigun? Always have wanted to shoot one of those, but I didn't make it to the Big Sandy, and I caught my recruiter lying to me before I signed the papers way back when!

You fellas are decent. Thanks.
Hey, what is SOP for buying, selling or trading? My buddy told me that he wants to trade up one of his four quads towards one of those Rangers. Any advice?
And, any recommendations for what I might use for myself and my family? I'm thinking more towards a work quad I can use for hunting and then running the kids around. I liked the Honda Rancher 350, but I'm open to suggestions. Thanks.
BTW, the trade up is a 2000 Suzuki Eiger 400 4x4.
My five year old daughter likes going fast. Should I be worried?
