I have a 2007 Polaris 450 sportsman. my problem is that it starts and idles fine and throttle response is good to about 4000 rpm. Then at full throttle it sputters like it's hitting a rev limiter. friends have said spark plug, water in the gas, carb needs cleaning..... I need some advice, oh and it's a stock machine. thanx.
