If you use facebook, posting pictures here is very easy. Log in to facebook and go to your album. Click on the picture you want insert here. Once you are viewing that picture (not the thumbnails of the album, but just the actual picture you want to insert) right click on the picture and select properties. Once you have selected properties the properties window will open up. In that window there will be an address(URL) that shows where on the web facebook is storing the picture. Copy that url. My picture's address is below.

If you type [img] and then paste the address you have copied, then type [/img] at the end, the picture will appear in your post. The picture below is from the above address.
