Howdy from So. Cal.
The name is Carl and have decided to add to my toy collection. I am no stranger to the outdoors enjoying shooting, boating, skiing (jet and water), snowboarding and camping. Recently I came across a non-operational '87 Zuki LT230S for free and decided that my multiple trips to the desert, mountains and dunes needed a little more fun. After changing the air filter, spark plug, oil and filter, rebuilt the carb and bled the brakes she came back to life.
I have read multiple posts this past week and gained some insight in which direction I would like to go with this build and future quads/bikes. My biggest challenge I face is finding a decent fenders without breaking the bank.
