I've been looking into buying a quad for quite some time but not sure what I wanted. Recently rode a friends Raptor 660 and was sold on sport quad but the more I looked I also wanted a trail quad. So in comes the chance to buy a scrambler! Seems like the perfect compromise. I way bout 250 and am concerned my weight will b too much. Any helpful comments? I've been reading posts here for a while and u guys are a huge help!

 

This guy has an 06 in great condition. Said the carb needs to b cleaned after sitting for a year with no fuel stabilizer. Asking $2,000. Good price? What else should I check before I buy it?

If you haven't already done it, try posting your question in the Polaris section for a better answer. It sounds like a decent enough deal to me. Even if you got a new carb. it wouldn't be too pricey.
