Whoo Whoo
Hello Everyone,
Just registered today for I am a new to me owner of a 200x. Had an awesome day out riding with my daughter. We did some trail riding with her on a polaris trail boss and me on my X.
Now its time to learn more about the machine and what can be done to improve performance as a great trail machine but able to handle WIDE OPEN THROTTLE on occasion, reliability is key me. My first day ride I noticed a ticking noise low, close to crankcase. Not sure if I should be concerned or not. I did check my valves all is well there. Did the auto adjust on the tensioner but dont know for sure that did anything. Is it possible that is just may be time for a bottom end rebuild? if so what might that entail? would I be best off to have it done at a shop.
I really like the site, many of you are very open to sharing info (not often found in other site, Thank You)
Shout out to knowsitall, all I can say is WOW, many an hour spent you have.
Thanks to all, look forward to read your replies.
