Looking for a new 4x4 atv. Seen Honda has a new Rubicon 500 that looks real nice.. please give me a reason why you would spend 9500 on a 500cc Bike when you can buy a 700-850 cc bike for the same price.
Other choices. Polaris 850, grizzly 700.

Can-Am Outlander XT 500 has more power and tons of features for the price you're talking about. For about $800 more you can get the 650 XT with power on par with every 700-750 class machine out there.
Yamaha Grizzly 700. Great all around package. Not quite as quick as a Can-Am 650 but more than enough for any riding situation.
Polaris 850. Most comfortable ride. Best on-board storage options. Great, powerful engine.

I would take the 46hp 700 Grizzly over the new 28hp 475 Rubicon if they sell them for the same price where you are from.
The old 33hp 499cc Rubicon motor is long gone now ,Honda just uses the foreman motor now in both which never was known as a power house for its displacement.
Heck the cheaper 37hp 550 Grizzly would also be my choice over the Rubicon.
Except for EFI and a larger full size Chassis the even cheaper 27hp 450 Grizzly does not lose much to the Rubicon.
Are you sure a 700 Grizzly sell for the same as a Rubicon?
Hondas Flagship 680 Rincon is nothing to write home about and like the Rancher it does not get diff lock this year.
