If you can't figure it out,then it might be best to let someone look at it that's experienced at electrical trouble shooting. Should be cheaper than a complete harness at $260 as long as no major components were damaged.Wiring problems can be a pain.

Thanks for all your help. I wish this bike had a fuse. I could just replace the fuse and done. Lol. Thanks though for all your trouble.

Actually the 20 amp thermal circuit breaker is the "fuse" as it normally trips/cuts off power if over heated or if there is a problem and "resets" when cooled down,but it's not entirely fool proof if wiring is hooked up backwards or if wires are shorted out to one another. Hope it's an easy fix. Keep us updated as what you find out as this helps others that may have done the same thing..Believe me you're not the first..
