I received 3rd offence drunk driving felony. Last dui of mine was in January of 2000. I went around block after tightening chain on 3 wheeler, saw police. They claimed they raised hand to stop. I didn't see and went home. They charged me with DUI and DUI 3rd Felony, Fleeing and Eluding, (two felony's) and Driving on a suspended licence. Seriously?
