how fast are the big 4 strokes ? true radar only! the lt500 Suzuki was radared at 80m.p.h. , bone stock, not even broke in, at 3000 ft altitude, at el mirage dry lake . altitude kills 3% h.p. per 1000 ft. search dirt wheels 1987 or 88 , can`t remember. my 89 was faster than that for some reason, I could play w/ other stock ones ! and, the banshees wouldn`t touch it until they had some serious $ spent on them. when mine was piped and jetted, it would run off and hide from my buddies piped and jetted (toomy kit) banshee. but spend the $ on the banshee, and you could take it farther than the single cyl. 500. no brag, just fact!

Wouldn't surprise me, as I posted on that thread, I've been 88 mph on a 1000 turbo RZR. BTW everyone told me that my 400 Polaris Sportsman 2 stroke would outrun my old Arctic Cat 500 4 stroke manual shift. Put a guy that weighed 100 lbs less on the Polaris and when we hit 40 , I had already caught him.
