Click on the User CP. (just above the reply button near the top of the page)
On the left side, look for Settings and Options. Then click on Edit Signature.
I can't remember if we have that blocked till you get 10 or 15 posts. Doing this kept a lot of spammers from putting harmful web links in the signature.
But that's all there is to it.
