I have a 1980's Yamaha moto 4 that i bought for $100 that it stuck in neutral. The foot gear shift will not move up or down at all. Has been sitting outside in the rain and weather for a while. Could it just be rusted stuck or is it a bigger transmission problem? What should i do without putting a bunch of money into it. Starts up and runs just fine.
