In the screenshot to me that is an oversized piston correct? If so anyone have a std. Part# or if I buy a new cylinder do I still need machine work to match the piston with the new bore?

Whomever does your cylinder work should match the piston as well. There are a couple of important measurements that should be performed. A competent shop will do these things...
