Default Hi new to site so bear with me

I have an APC 90cc quad that as soon as you start it goes to full throttle. I have taken the carb apart and cleaned, tried adjusting the throttle cable , and nothing works. Any suggestions?

Hi and welcome: We were all new once. I found the good folks participating here are happy to answer your questions. And I found these forums are particularly good at helping guys with mechanical problems with their machines. Just go to the brand discussion forum, and then select the brand you want to post a question. Chances are good someone can help you diagnose the problem.
