Grizzly 700 or raptor 700
HI I do alot of open road and field riding and I love the speed and being able to pop wheelies on the Raptors but planning on going on a ride this summer and my field does get muddy sometimes where i could use the 4x4 but I love the speed of the Raptors and heard the canned hams and Polaris are junk what should I do?

Welcome to the forums.
Don't know about CanAm and Polaris all being junk. I've heard stories about all brands, and more than half the time it was how it was taken care of, not the machine itself. The new 1000cc models of all the makers 4x4 models may surprise you with their speed. Might not be as quick as a Raptor, but top ends aren't that far apart. But I would doubt you'll be doing 70mph through the mud.

On the Polaris note, I've had a few of them and had very little problems with them too. My son has a Scrambler XP1000 that is an absolute kick to ride. Only thing I don't care for is that the clutches engage higher on the RPM range than the Can-Ams. He has had 0 problems with it. We ride rocks, roots, hard pack, deep mud and water holes, snow, and more rocks. In 2016 we did dunes at Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park in Utah and had a blast. Then, I had the 650 XTP and my son the Scrambler. The Scrambler had no problem staying on top of the sand with the power it has in 2wd. With the 650 I had to use 4wd but climbed dunes with the best of them.
