I have a 2005 Suzuki Vinson ltf500f and I have been doing a lot of research on. I bought it from a friend who was led to believe it needed a top end rebuild due to bad rings but it has great compression. It smokes like crazy but runs fantastic. In about 8-10 minutes it will go through an entire crankcase of oil. Unburnt oil drips out of the tailpipe while running. After reading a few other post I am leading more towards the oil pressure relief. I have tried finding a write up on how to change this or even it’s exact location. All I know is it’s accessed from the right side crank case. I am new to working on atvs but have worked on my own vehicles for years. Before I tear it apart can anyone give me some insight?
