Default Apollo blazer 125

Soooo many questions but first things first. I bought myself an apollo 250 db36 and my daughter an apollo blazer 125. The Blazer 125 quad has nuts and bolts that have fallen off of it but yesterday it started leaking at the head where the exhaust bolts on and was struggling to start with smoke coming out of where the spark plug screws in.. I tightened the exhaust bolts and went to pull the plug.. Plug started out with a bit of a snap from the ratchet and then bound up about 3/4 of the way out.. Sure enough.. No threads on half of the spark plug and the head is stripped out. This thing is 2 weeks old!! Where or who do I contact about warranty? The number I called is a recording.. I NEED some direction on where to get a head and who to talk to about a warranty.
Neither one of them has any kind of giddy up or lower end.
I am debating changing sprockets and carbs but do I do the front or the back and what size sprockets? What size and brand of carb? What jets do I put in them? Is there a slip on pipe and performance air cleaner for my 250? Where do I get them from..
