Hello I have a 03 Suzuki Ozark quadrunner 250. I got the bike from a friend, the bike runs and rides good but it keeps tearing up starters and idler gears. I have replaced three of each in about a three-month time frame and it is getting really expensive and frustrating. I'm wondering if anybody has ever had an issue like this or might have an idea of what it is. I have bought oem idle hear and starters. The bike will run fine for a little bit then after roughly 30 starts on the electric start it starts grinding. Which in turn tears up starter and gear. I'm hopefully somebody can give me some information or is it just a bad model or something with this quad.
