Default 2004 polaris predator 500

Hi everyone! I am new to the site and I need some help with my 2004 polaris predator 500! They wiring i think has been a little messed up on it i believe. So when I was riding it would sometimes go haywire and just loose all power! I could wiggle the wires coming from the left handle bar on/off headlights switch and it would fire back up. Well I brought it home and took the wires off the switch, cleaned them with contact cleaner and suppressed some in the switch as well. I dont know if i put the wires back on the switch correctly because now the neutral light only turns on if it is gear, and the headlights do not work, nor does it fire up at all! When I push the start button or pull in the clutch the neutral light sits off as well! Can anyone help me out im lost! Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
