Thanks for adding me to the group. I have a couple different wheelers and buggies that the kids and I ride. It seems like I'm working on them more than riding these days. Google only gets you so far and sometimes you just need a friend that can answer a question instead of hours of searching the internet and still not find what you need.

Its been 18 years since I was involved in the ATV Community, It's been 16 since my last ride. Since then, I've written five books and practiced law. I'm nearing retirement. I have one last major case before I'm free. Then, I will finish book six and promote my others. One of my books is a sci/fi fiction novel about ATV riders.

I'm considering a return to the trails. Don't have an ATV. so I've been shopping. One thing that amazes me is how little difference in price there is between used quads and new ones! Maybe, I'm not looking in the right places? Currently, I'm looking at buying a new Polaris Sportsman 570 Trail Edition. MSRP is $8999 as I want equipped. The local shop has no Polaris quads in stock. They say it's due to Covid. I answered an ad in Craig's list for a nice looking 2011 Honda Foreman 500es, which is priced at $5300. It was a new ad, but the seller already had a buyer. So, why pay $5300 for a used, lesser equipped ATV when you can get a new Polaris Sportsman for $9000. Payments are about $130/month.
