I have a 2009 raptor 250 bone stock . It will not crank over . It tries but won't. It push starts very easily and runs fine. I have replaced battery , starter ,wires to starter and Selenoid. It will turn about half over then stops when it hits the compression. It there a comp release inside the motor ?

so i'm also dealing with something like this, mine starts really hard or just clicks, from what I have found out is it might be the starter clutch bearing. If your machine doesn't turn over, doesnt click or anything it might be the starter solenoid on my yfz450 it was under the seat, I just replaced that and it worked. take a screwdriver and jump the two bolts and see if it turns over
