Hello I bought a used lt 230e suzuki quad runner the starter works but won't turn the motor over unless I pull start it

Put a voltmeter on the starter and look at the voltage when trying to start it.

Could be losing voltage to the starter, or bad connection. Maybe bad starter solenoid or relay.
