V-Force additional lighting
#1
My V-Force is awesome.
I ride at night quite often.
The stock lighting is fair, but not nearly enough to illuminate the trail adequately.
I need better lighting.
Does anyone have experience with this?
I wanted to run + & - from battery to an additional spot light; through a 10a fuse.
The Spot's wattage is unknown but I will guess it's less than 100 watts
My thinking is this:
The V Force is built around the 650 prairie, right?
the 650 has a 12v outlet to supply additional lights, grip heaters, etc, right?
I am guessing the V Force has the same charging system; capable of handling additional lighting.
The dealer knows nothing.
Does anyone have input to my lighting output problem?
advise and comments are appreciated

Try out the 6260a bulbs from NAPA. They add about 10 watts more low beam and 20 watts more highbeam.
The stock V Force bulb are the same OEM bulb that comes in the 650. The 6260a works in the 650 so...............
