I have a 97 Bayou 220. I realize yer bike is newer, but they haven't changed much over the past 15 years at all so you should be able to find this pipe for your quad. I just put a Cobra "utility series" pipe on mine and it sounds great. It kinda sounds like a 1-cylinder Harley. It's about the same volume and sound when idling but when you rev it you get a nice solid, popping sound and when somebody rides it, it kinda sounds deep like thunder. Very happy with it. Cobra is one of the few manufacturers of performance pipes for utility quads. Of this pipe, there are two series - the quiet series(no spark arrestor - about $110) and the utility series, which I have on mine(has a spark arrestor making it legal in state parks - about $150). You can get it from catalogs or yer dealer. I think if you are looking for somethin to make it sound good, this is it!!

Also, be careful when you put the exhaust pipe on to your header pipe so as not to wiggle it loose from the cylinder head. When I put mine on I made that mistake and had to take the whole exhaust system on and off about a dozen times because the exhaust was leaking at the cylinder head. I'm no mechanic as I proved on this project although I can do alot. Ended up having to take it to the shop and let them do it because I got so pissed off at it I wanted to roll it off a cliff (so its a good thing there are no cliffs where I live). Believe it or not, I actually had it on right the first time but wanted to adjust it a little and could never get it back on properly after that for some odd reason. Anyhow, hope it helps.
