What is the difference between the bayou 300cc and 400cc engines?

What is the difference between the bayou 300cc and 400cc engines?
Greetings from North Pole, Alaska,
Yeah, I know, 100 cc haw haw haw...now seriously. Are they the same engine, just one with a bigger jug and piston? Could you just throw a 400s jug and piston into a 300 and be there?
Just got my first kawi bayou 300, so I dont know if theres interchangablity yet or not.
