I used the same measurements from the stock tires and got the 8 paddle dune runners, I would try the 10 paddle.

I have 2 vforce machines, one with 20x10x10 and one with 22x11x10 paddle tires on them Both sets have 10 paddles. There is night and day difference going up to the 22's. You get better hook up, better pulling up steep dunes, less tire spin and more speed. You might even want to try a 25x12x9 if you can find rims for them. The vforce has so much torque you dont have to worry about reducing wheel spin just because you are going to bigger tires.

slc 1lxn, your comparison with your two vforce, one with 20" and one with 22" is right on!

Your the first guy on here that I know of that has tried taller tires, I have said right along, if you want more speed, use taller tires, you'll travel more distance with each rev. the auto clutch will get you in the right gear. you don't need to gear down with an auto, you need to gear up.

If I owned a vforce and was racing, I would buy a set of p650 rims, (back only) which are 25" and put the lightest paddle tires on them I could find.

If someone owned a standard and wanted to change the gearing they would change the sprockets, on an auto, the only way to change the gearing is tire size. Use the torque to gain speed.

Taller tires, lighten your clutch, and clutch weight adjustment = more speed and faster pick-up

Just my .02,

I have tried 20 inch sand sharks (not good)
22 inch maxxis 4 Snows (better, but still too much wheel spin at takeoff)
next is 24 or bigger Extreme Haulers...
The 4 snows did good in WET sand.. I was beating piped Raptors and a stock Predator..
In dry sand, I got spanked. repeatedly.

Traction was the difference.. Big Heavy bike,, need big, tall and alot of paddles... looking at some of the small dune buggy paddles ... Damn they are expensive at SkatTrak!

i am running a set of 22x11x10 12pad taller haulers and they hook up good
i orderd my wife a set of 22x11x10 10pad we will see what they will do
i bought my first v-force when it hit the ground at the local shop and 2nd one 2 weeks latter
we use them to sand drag and are having good luck.
my bike has the mbrp full dual and a nitrous express big twin kit i also am having a new set of heads built and ported to slap on
the only reason i bought them is to show the 2 stroke boys at the track that a 4-stroke auto can walk off and leave them.

How is the Nitros working out for you! I am very interested in setting this up on my V and I want to make sure that I do it right. Any advice...
