Default 785 Kit update

Who on the forum had the 785 kit installed, I think one of the members from penn had it installed not to long ago I was wondering how it went and what kind of power difference he noticed. Please give us a review on what you think of the kit. Thanx

That would be me. The machine shop took way too much time to do the work, so to say the least it was delayed! The jugs are to be installed today and should be picking it up tomorrow. Will keep all informed once I pick the beast up.

Good luck with the kit I'm very interested in it, you will need that new fuel tank.

Kit is installed and all dialed in. I removed the spider tracks from the rear and installed Realtors. While jetting the machine I had the Realtors installed. Was jetting it on a quater mile grass/dirt area. The whole time it was throwing a 10' rooster tail of grass and dirt. Also in the 1/4 mile we had to hit the brakes before the machine even had reached top end. I also installed a fan switch so I can turn the fan on manually or when the switch is turn off it will turn it's self on when it hits 220 degrees. I am also going to look into a bigger radiator! May also switch to a larger rear tire to slow some of the spinning down since we can't change gears...With the HMF dual exhaust installed and no quite cores or spark arrestors, it sounds almost as loud as my Harley...

All in all, it is now a kick A*S v-force!

I am interested in this as well. I had you email about this a while back. About how much does a guy look to spend when it is all said and done? Thanks.

That sounds really nice. I like the manual fan switch idea too. You can effectively change your gearing with clutch wieghts. Heavy wieghts will gear you up since you apparently dont need to gear down!
