Default Pipe Question for the KFX

This has been beaten to death. Doa search if you want the BS. If you want the truth here it is:
There is not that much difference in the pipes. CT,WB, DMC, LRD, Pro Circuit, Yosh, FMF, they are all with in .5hp of each. All the piped open op the exhaust and make it flow alot better. I have LRD, I like it,I would strongly recommend it, but I am not saying it is the only way to go.
What brand do you like?
What look do you like?
Get that one, you will love it.
Get the pro flow kit and jet it, that all she needs.

Default Pipe Question for the KFX

When I bought my wife her KFX400 I bought it with a White Bros. R Series pipe. It sounds great. The only thing I don't like is that there are six screws to remove the spark arrestor.

Since I don't ride it, I haven't played with the jetting. The dealer said leave the jetting stock????? I have a uni filter installed but no airbox mods. All of our riding is in the Oregon dunes. Should I leave the jets stock or what? Can I take the lid of and put one of those prefilter socks around the Uni?

Thanks
