Default Choke problems on KLF300

Hello...i recently overhauled the carb on my 1998 Bayou 300 4x4. Everything seem to go together allright...but when i go to start it with the choke on..it starts but doesn't go on high idle. I have had the choke cable in and out several times...but i don't see anything wrong.Any clues on what might be happening would be greatly appreciated.

Default Choke problems on KLF300

Hey, from another klf owner. I don,t here much about these bikes on this forum, just prairies and V forces all the time.I have just sripped my carb. and it is presently soaking in cleaning solvent. I noticed when I took the Choke cable out the small hole in the valve at the end of the cable was facing me. Straight away from the inside of the carb, hope it helps. You wouldn,t happen to know the factory float height and air screw setting would you? tks Craddman
