Help!! How do I hook up my pro design kill switch to my V-Force

Default Help!! How do I hook up my pro design kill switch to my V-Force
I have tried to hook it up but doesn't work. I must be doing something wrong. I hooked one end of the kill switch to ground and the other to the coil that is one the right side of the machine. This coil, I think it is the coil, has a black and green wire going into it. Does not work it I hook the positive end of the kill switch to either the black or green. Any help would be great THANKS!!
