I can tell you where I WONT go for service: Bend Recreation. the service manager lied to my face. i'll never go in that shop again, unless its warranty work on my blaster hehe 2.5 years to go on that.
hoping someone will come in and open another dealer [where i can work]
OOOPS! was thinking yamaha. Central Oregon Workensport is our Kaw dealer. Nice guys. Nice place. Havent heard any complaints. Some Mineesota boys bought it recently and its gotten bigger and better.

Never had a Kawasaki, but Action Motorsports in Troutdale has done good work on my Yamaha quads (that I don't have anymore), and street bike. I was there yesterday, and they have 3 V-forces in the shop, so...I'd think they'd do you right.

Cycle Sports in Salem is losing a great customer because of the service department. It's not just your wallet, it's the time you're at risk of wasting when the service and repairs don't get done right.

I'm waiting until October 25th before I do anything more about my Kawasaki Prairie 650. It's back at the dealer for the 6th time and they claim they're working with Kawasaki on fixing the problems it was delivered with.
They have been given one of two choices; refund the money or replace the unit. Kawasaki claims they didn't get an adequate opportunity to fix the problem so now they've had it for the last 3 weeks.
On October 26th they get to meet the folks that Phillip Morris know very well.
I believe there is a fabulous market for anyone that is willing to provide professional service and repairs to ATV's in Oregon. I think I would drive the distance to find such a service.
