I found this information on the Highlifter forum, sounds like the bearing can be replaced very easily. Will have to take it apart again and take another look.
Sounds exactly what I just had happen to me last night. I removed the clutch cover and found the bearing on the end of the drive clutch where the fork of the engine brake actuator comes in contact with the clutch setup and not turning.
What I did was remove the bearing from the clutch cover. I was very careful and popped out the seals from the bearing without damaging them. Some how dust had gotten by the seals and mixed with the grease and turned to putty and stopped the bearing from turning. I cleaned the bearing with brake cleaner and repacked with grease. Put everything back together and now noise is gone and back to normal.
In cas anyone needs the part number from the bearing NSK 6907DDG and the number on the seal is 6907DG8. Not sure why there would be different numbers, but that is what was there. Kawasaki doesn't offer the bearing by its self. You have to buy the cover to get the bearing. I would think that a bearing supply would have it available but I didn't check.

It's on the front clutch itself, right in the middle of the clutch with a bolt going through the center to hold the clutch on, you'll see the bearing and the cover has about 608 bolt's holding the cover on the clutch/torque converter........

Kawidan,
The cover that Stakk is referring to is the one that actually holds the primary spring in place. It has 8 small bolts holding it onto the primary clutch assembly. Also, I think your looking for a worn bushing in that cover and not an actual bearing.

I took the cover off tonight and cleaned the bearing as best as possible. Put everything back together and went for a good 20km ride and everything seems fine. Hopefully this will hold up until I can get it to the dealer to get the cover replaced.
Thanks for all the info guys
