Default jetting in a 650?

Been wondering what everyone is running for jet sizes. I live @ appr. 2500ft. Checked jets today(original from dealer) and found 138f, 142r. As per Nyroc's site, this is factory jetting for 0-1600ft. The reason I've been wondering is an annoying bog or hesitation @ 3/4 to wot, sounds like it's coughing @ the airbox. (Seems to run great otherwise) Jetting would indicate the mains are perhaps rich for altitude(as per stock specs)? I've also read a lot of people running the 142f,145r combo, could I be running a bit lean? Bike is stock engine-wise with a brooks module and no other engine mods.Idle screws are @ 2 3/4f, 3r turns out. I'd take it to the dealer, but they don't even know how to properly check the oil(long story). Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
