I'm glad I didn't buy one last week like I was going to do. I'd hate to come head first with an oak tree.

I'm confused here..........

You didn't buy a V-Force because hitting an oak tree head first with it would be different than hitting an oak tree with a 250ex? Or are you saying that all the faster the 250EX goes, you don't think you'll get hurt when you hit the oak tree? Ahhh, that must be it............................

No I'm saying that my throttle doesn't stick. I had a cousin who had a throttle stick on his snowsled and hit a tree and was on life support for 2 months so I know what that's all about. The reason why I didn't buy it was because I figured they still had some bugs to work out and would wait and see what if any problems they had. I'm not into racing so I don't really care how fast the 250 goes as long as we have fun and it gets me where I want to go. I still ride my 185S 3 wheelers so speed isn't a neccesity for me.

What is it with these Honda owners coming to the Kawi forum and trying to kick dirt in our eyes. I guess since they have the worst lineup of sportquads in the industry, they have to get thier jollies nit picking the hell out of the superior Kawis.

Let's take that wimpy 250EX and line it up against the Z-250 and watch you cry your little eyes out because your Honda brand loyalty led you to buy an inferior bike.

As far as knocking the V Force, you should educate yourself a bit more before trying to drop bombs. You just lose respect in these forums and come off looking like a fool.

Hope I see you in the woods someday so I can roost you with my throttle sticking, overweight, automatic turd of a bike you Honda guys are so d**m jealous of.

On a serious...more pointed note...

What exactly happens if this "throttle" thing does come loose. I didn't read the recall letter very close...and I have yet to take my bike in for the "check-up". All I understood was there is a bolt in the carb that is backing out. What are the specifics?
