well you can do it yourself or have a good machine shop do it, if you were a welder you could do it in a breeze, so check your local machine shops or something, im taking welding here in 10th grade so ill post something if i learn a good deal there was one on ebay a while back under mojave but i dunno if its still there

Buy an extended swingarm, you can order to the length you want. I dont think a stock swingarm that is altered from its original state would hold up very well to jumping.

i was just telling him a good alternative to shellling out alot of money for a swingarm, a proper weld will hold up stronger than the base metal, so in this case the first thing to go would be the original swingarm material not the weld

for taller handle bars your going to need riser bars, ill look for a link to one, also you can race cut your plastic by yourself with some sandpaper a marker and a hacksaw if you want to persue that then tell me and ill try my best to help, if you want to buy them ill get a link and post it for you

This is the link to the race cut plastic,
www.maier-mfg.com go to ATV then kawasaki, then lakota they sell lots in differant colors including orange that are race cut

i dont know the exact link because i dont know your preferance tho , but, www.denniskirk.com and then go to off-road and then to handlebars and controls and then go from there, i would do universal bars because not to many are made specifically for our machines, hope this all helps
