I run 25x8x12 and 25x10x12 mudlites on my P650 for 1 week now and so far they are great. I bought them to replace my crappy stock tires. They have short lugs unlike the 26" and larger mudlites. I didn't get the 26" or larger because I already have 26" outlaws waiting for me when I get home.
If your looking for a stock tire replacement thats good on the trails and alot more flat resistant and you do a little bit of mudding get the 25's. If your going to be mudding alot more then go for the 26's.
A 26" will give you .5" of ground clearance
A 27" will give you 1" of ground clearance
A 28" will give you 1.5" of ground clearance
I find that my 25's will gum up some in thick mud if you don't spin them fast enough, I think the 26's would have better self mud cleaning because of the larger lugs.
