Got my Ultimate Beadlocks today, Lugs dont fit!
#1
Hey the Ult Beadlocks have the stud holes cut out to fit what looks like a acorn lug nut. The studs seem too short? Stock nuts only go on by 3 or 4 threads. Anyone dealt with this issue?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Don't ride the quad with the stock lugs. The stock lugs will not seat down inside your new wheels and will not stay tight when you ride. Foreign car lugs "acorn" will work fine. Try a tire and wheel shop.

VForcer: The Douglas Ultimate Billet Beadlocks come set for the 4/144 kfx 700 pattern for the front. I ordered Lonestar Billet Hubs for the rear in a 4/110 pattern. The hubs have a 24 spline center. I will put 2 inch spacers on each to match the 400EX offset.
RodSquads: Thanks for the info. Anyone know the thread size on the stock front KFX hubs?
Thanks!!

I was born in Youngstown, Ohio. Only go back once in a blue moon. Hey, you can take one of your lug nuts off your quad to a wheel shop and match it up with one of their import accorn lugs. But, if you order LS Racing hubs, they will have non-metric threads. So you will be off searching again at the wheel shops or re-tap the threads for Honda thread pattern and still need metric accorn style. If you haven't ordered your hubs yet I can save you alot of money at Lonestar. Dan at LS Racing is a buddy of mine and just happens to be the owner's son. So tell him "Rod from Texas said you could make me a great deal. " Their # is 800-4LSRACE.

Rod, Too late! They are on the Quad allready. However I ordered ez fit Wheel spacers assuming they would fit. I was told the lonestar EX400 Billet Hubs had 10mm by 1.0 threads. Napa does not sell a lug for those unfortunatly..
You sure they are not metric studs?
Thanks !!

Mine weren't and we re-tapped them for Honda lugs nuts. I have a full set for the YFZ450 coming with Honda bolt pattern {have lots of Honda wheels} and I asked if he had replaced his lugs so that Honda nuts fit. His answer was not yet. So, just take the new hub to a big wheel shop to find a match or re-tap them to the Honda thread{it's very close and takes about a minute per lug.
