Default Rocky Mountain Screw Ups!

Ordered my tires and rims from RockymountainAtv.com. They send me directional tires with one going the wrong way. WTF?
I told them to make sure they were right cause I gotta pay 50 dollars per rim to Fix their mistakes! Out of 12 Tire and wheel combos I have ordered from them, 3 dont hold air and one is backwards!!! thats 200 I have to spend fixing their screw ups!!!
Rant Over....
Grrr!!!

Did you let them know of the mess up? Usually they are very cooperative in fixing situations with unhappy customers.

Yeah I will call them tomorrow. I am not hacking on them as a whole, they have good inventory and prompt delivery and good prices. I am just dissapointed..
Figured I would post about it to help other customers avoid the same problems I am having...

Rocky Mt has made a few mistakes for me in the past and they were quick and very good about making it right. Give them a call and they should take care of you. I have no complaints about their customer service.

The tire store rips little pieces of my beads off with their tire changine machine. Our tires shouldn't leak at all unless the tires are made bad, or the tire mounters ripped up the beads.

I like to do them myself now, so they aren't messed up. Maybe Rockymountain doesn't have a very skilled tire mounting department that rips pices of the bead off and makes slow leaks.
