Kawi 110 3 whler shifter ?

Kawi 110 3 whler shifter ?
I picked up a 110 for free this weekend the only thing wrong with it is part that sticks out of the tranny where the shifter attached to broke i think this piece is the shift fork I think I can weld it up for know but does any one know how hard or expensive it would be to change this thanks alot for any info
