Can anyone out here tell me if they still have Livingston closed to ATV riders?

 

Yup, It is closed. My friend just stoped down there and he said they shut it down and will confinscate your vehicle if your caught back there. That sucks!

 

I heard Livingston is not "closed"...it has just been labeled as a rural byway or something to that effect.

Basically you have to have a licensed and registered vehicle to ride. (that means only jeeps and buggies)

They have been handing out $150.00 fines for anyone w/ out a licensed and registered vehicle.
