Anybody swap out the POS stock CV carb for something else? I was reading one of my vintage 1987 ATV Sport magazines about a swap they did to a 250X. They installed a 38mm Keihin PE round slide carb in the place of the 250X's stock 29mm CV carb and got big gains in response and performance. The same should hold true for the Mojave. I love the way my Mo revs out but I would really like the snap off the bottom that my old Quadsport and 250X had. Interestingly enough, the original Quad Sport used a round slide carb as well. I think a lot of the Mojave's snap and performance is stifled by the stock 34mm CV carb.
