Any word on Kawi plastic for the V?

Default Any word on Kawi plastic for the V?

The Kawi site is evil for posting that without me being able to get my hands on some of that "limited " plactic they have...my dealer can't give me a solid answer...so confused[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

I talked to my dealer and it will be available. But more than likely not until the LE's hit the show room floors due to them needing time to stock up on the replacement parts.

That is the message I got.

The plastic should be available by the end of Sept. I priced out all 4 pieces on Ron Ayers and the burnt orange/light green adds up to about 285 bucks. The LE plastic COULD be more. The dealers seem to charge a little more in the US and a TON (3 to 4X) more in Canada.

The only problem is Ron Ayers does not ship any body plastic for any quad dur to cost and insurance of the bulky pieces.

Tell them to ship thru FEDEX. I shippped a complete set of P650 plastic for $50. Thats a pretty good deal.
