KISS, I have a bottle right here. It does not say you can't use it with Antifreeze. It says it is most effective to use it without. Again, the reason is due the the specific heat of water being much higher than almost every other liquid, it carries more away.

It recommends usign antifreeze when left in the engine in during cold weather.

If you don't trust me I will peel the label and scan it for you.

Or go to redline's website and read their web page about it. It is neat stuff.

LOL nyroc, you make me laugh. Its not that I dont believe you. I just remember reading it. It may have been on a different type of product.

When I made my last reply, just think of it as me talking to myself. I need to check it out again to satisify myself, not dispute what anyone said. So chill out, dont make me get the unibomber on you. LOL

Moneyb, I would love to take a vacation out west someday. If I do I probably wont be bringing the atv though. If I come that far I will be sure to look you up though.

I'm running Engine Ice premix this year (www.engineice.com) and it seems to do better than the stock mix. I rinsed the system with distilled water and then put in the premix. My headers are wrapped back to the muffler as well. By the way - one bottle of the premix will fill the p650 - I bought two thinking I was going to need a little out of the second bottle.

Regards,
SgtRock

Speaking of winches, if you want to stay on the cheap side, I found a link to a Superwinch that isn't too costly. I haven't needed a winch yet, mainly because I ride with others and we all have tow ropes. But I thought about getting the 2500 in case I ever needed on and was by myself. $175 isn't all that much for a 2500 winch.

KISS, you can get it online if you search. However, you can look in the yellow pages for speed shops (performance) and you may find it available from an automotive supplier that specializes in performance. I live in a city of about 600,000, and there are quite a few places that have it. You may not find it in a small town.

I think I ordered the Engineice from Dennis Kirk, but I'm not 100% sure. My dealer usually has it as well, so you may want to call local shops as well.

Peace,

Yeah, I forgot to look at the Reline water wetter website you gave me. I will do that now. Thanks for posting it.

After reading in another forum about having to use the whole amount of the engine ice I will probably stick with the water wetter. Im going to add this next Spring. Its to late to add it now, I cant ride until mid October and by then I wont have any use for it. But I do want to get some for next year.

I read it and it was very interesting. Obviously I have read something on a different product. Looks like adding the Redline water wetter to 50/50 water/antifreeze is equal to adding water by itself. But, by adding the water wetter you still have the corrosion and freeze protection.

How many ounces of water wetter are you guys using in your P650s? Also, what is your ratio of water and antifreeze.
