Default Hey Vforcer web cams????

Can you tell me whats all involved to change the web cams? What kind of tools are needed? What parts of the motor need to come off? Thanks

Very basic tools. no special tools. Removing battery will allow easy access to rear cylinder. Front cylinder is a little tougher to access. You can not put the cams in wrong. The bolt flange is offset in such a way as to prevent that from happening. For the front cylinder, I held the gear while my friend reached in from the other side to exchange the cam. You can see the slots in the weights and the pins on the end of the cam, (of the compression release mechanisim) that makes it easy to get the cam lined up and bolted too the gear again. One note of caution ...... you must remove the cam chain tension units, and reset them. You can not just loosen them and tighten them back down. ( they have a rachet mechanism that needs to be reset)

parts to remove.. valve covers (stuff to get to valve covers), crank cover on left side, cam tension units,
